Luxury Dynamic Hair (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit luxuryhairbydynamic.com, shop with us, or contact us — and how we use it.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Order details — name, email address, shipping address, products purchased, amounts paid, and shipping destination.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe and, if you choose it, Klarna. We do not store your card number, expiry date, or CVC on our servers.
• Cart contents — stored in your browser’s local storage so your bag is still there if you leave and come back. This stays on your device until you check out or clear it.
• Messages you send us — if you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp or social media.
• Usage data — aggregated page-view information via Vercel Analytics (see below).

3. Why we use your data

• To take and fulfil your order, including payment, shipping, and customer service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract).
• To keep records required for tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal obligation).
• To understand how the shop is used and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

4. Who we share data with

We only share what is needed to run the shop:

• Stripe — checkout and card payments. Stripe privacy policy
• Klarna — if you pay with Klarna. Klarna privacy policy
• Hosting and infrastructure — Vercel (website) and Supabase (order records).
• Email — Resend, to notify us when an order comes in.
• Carriers — your shipping address, so we can send your order.

We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EU. Where that happens, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Cookies and local storage

The storefront does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your shopping bag is saved in local storage on your device. Vercel Analytics is designed to be cookieless and collects anonymized usage data so we can see which pages are visited.

When you check out, you leave our site for Stripe’s payment page. Stripe and Klarna may set their own cookies as described in their policies.

6. How long we keep data

Order records are kept for as long as German commercial and tax law requires (typically up to 10 years). Cart data in your browser stays until you clear it or empty your bag. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and run the business.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• correct inaccurate data
• delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
• restrict or object to certain processing
• receive your data in a portable format

Email luxaryhairbydynamic@gmail.com to make a request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.

8. Children

Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
